Aesthetic of Fears

This collection of wearable body sculptures explores the captivating nature and aesthetic appeal of fear. Inspired by the transformative role of masks, I examine how they can conceal or distort identity. In many cultures, masks are used to repel evil, often adorned with frightening images that embody the wearer’s most profound fears. Through these sculptures, the collection reinterprets fear as both a shield and a powerful visual expression of inner emotions.

“ Afearful person is not only one who waits but one who is partly blinded in relationship to the visual field in the state of its becoming.”

“Face is a place left with the temperature of existence as a human emotion.”
